This property is a lake property that is been handed down in the family, and is no longer wanted. Unfortunately, family moves away and then no one’s here to take care of the cabin anymore. And it’s time for that family’s generational use of the property to come to an end. And they’re looking for a quick, easy way to get rid of a property. And that’s something that we specialize in, is that we’re going to be able to take this property in as is condition, close on your timeline, allow you to get whatever you want out of the property and leave whatever you want behind.
The stuff that you actually see in the background of my video here, this is stuff that a homeowner wanted to leave behind, which is no problem, because we’re going to be able to donate most of the stuff to other needy families that could benefit from having this stuff. It looks like we got a couple double beds in here. So there’s a lot of stuff that can be left behind at a property and sometimes not so much. And we’ll take it either way. And in this situation with this closing, we’re making it very easy on the kids because of their parents’ property that they left behind and no longer have a need for this cabin.
So we’re definitely going to take it off their hands and make it a lot easier, and fix it up and get it ready for the next family to start enjoying and making memories for their family.
