Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Fantastic !!!
From first contact to closing, MN NICE was exceptional !!! Katie is extremely professional and kind. We felt our questions mattered, were answered quickly and most of all respected. Macky helped with updates and setting up the closing. Everyone was willing to walk us through the steps needed to make the process flawless and easy. The property that we sold was in Hutchinson and held a lot of sentimental value. This fact was taken into account as we worked with MN NICE as well. Even though it is a bit of a distance from their actual offices, to Hutch, they individualized the purchase and sale every step of the way !!!
We highly recommend MN NICE Home Buyers to others that are planning to sell their property in the future.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Katie at MN Nice Home Buyers was excellent to work with. We were walked through the whole process and the sale of our Mom's house in Buffalo Mn went without a hitch. We had 5 companies look at the house and we delighted with both the price and experience.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I am very happy with my experience selling a home in Forest Lake, MN, with Minnesota Nice Home Buyers. My communications with the company were plentiful and professional. Everyone that I communicated with explained each step in detail, and every detail happened exactly how they said with absolutely no surprises. The entire sale only took two-weeks from start to finish.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Shout out to Katie and Travis at MN Nice Home Buyers! They truly live up to the nice in Minnesota Nice—the genuine kind, not the passive-aggressive stereotype.

If you’re looking for a “ya sure, ya betcha” honest, trustworthy Minnesota company, MN Nice is where it’s at, dontcha know.

Unlike that other fella with the wide-open arms and the big red check, I had a solid offer in hand within 24 hours. And if you think you’re going to get a better offer from the other guy, think again.

If you want a straightforward, no-pressure experience with people who do what they say they’ll do, just go with MN Nice. You won’t regret it!

Terry, Lakeville MN

“It was amazing! The timeframe went so quickly that we couldn’t believe it. It made everything so much easier.”

Peter, Minneapolis MN

“The whole experience was very clear about how they worked. Other companies didn’t lay the process out very clearly. It took away my fears about selling.”

Betsy, Minneapolis MN

“I was very impressed. I accepted their offer and we were able to sell our house quickly!”
