Who Are We?
Travis and Leah are a local husband and wife team and have been investing in Minnesota real estate since 2002. We were born and raised in Minnesota and have never lived anywhere else. We bleed purple, especially when the mosquitoes are biting!
We love everything about real estate, especially when it comes to our local Minnesota market! We absolutely love to bring out the beauty in the properties we purchase and sell them to new families who will love them for years to come. We buy houses in all neighborhoods and in all communities in Minnesota, regardless of condition. In 2020 alone we bought or sold homes in Crow Wing, Hennepin, Kanabec, Mille Lacs, Ramsey, Sherburne, Stearns, Todd, and Wright counties.
Travis
Travis grew up in the small town of Hinckley, MN, and worked at the famous local bakery, Tobies, throughout his high school years. Travis always had an interest in real estate and has been investing for over 25 years. In 2016, he quit his frustrating corporate job, started renovating properties full-time, and hasn’t looked back since. Travis enjoys golfing, coaching his kids in sports, and is still crazy to believe that the MN Vikings will win a championship one day.
Leah
Leah worked in the technology industry for eighteen years but now enjoys the freedom of owning her own business. She loves to look at houses and imagine what they might look like after renovations. She and Travis have been married since 2005. Leah enjoys cooking from scratch, working in her garden, and chasing after her kids.
